Sevah supports home care teams with a companion and a staff-reviewed care workflow.

This is a public overview. Deployment agreements and implementation plans set the terms for a specific program.

When an approved workflow uses room context, it is monitored to support the workflow; it is not an ongoing audio or video recording.

Raw room-context inputs are processed in memory and are not retained as video recordings.

For an approved interaction that needs human review, raw interaction data is proposed to be available for 24 to 72 hours for human-in-the-loop review, then expires.

That short review window is distinct from the derived care record.

A staff-reviewed summary, transcript, or analytics record may persist when it is part of the approved care workflow.

Care teams review the output before using it in their records. Retention for those records is set for the deployment, not by this public page.
