Privacy

Public privacy posture for Sevah.

This page explains the public, non-contractual privacy posture for Sevah's companion and workflow tooling. Community agreements, implementation plans, and security review govern any production deployment.

Public product posture

Sevah builds a companion and staff-reviewed workflow tooling for assisted living communities.

Public website copy should describe the product accurately and stay inside current deployment scope.

Vision and room context

Companion may use camera-based vision context to understand what is happening in the room.

Vision inputs are processed in-memory and discarded. Video recordings are not stored.

Conversation and clinical workflows

Companion listens during resident conversation when that workflow is enabled.

Clinical observations become draft summaries or notes that require licensed staff review and signature before they enter the community record.

Website inquiries

If you submit a contact form, we use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, or route the request to the right team.

Do not submit resident-identifying or other sensitive clinical information through the public website forms.
