Monthly plans for families

Care for your aging parent, one month at a time.

Sevah puts a companion in your parent’s home for daily check-ins and keeps your whole family in the loop with consent-based updates. No contract. A care advisor sets it up with you.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us about your parent

Answer a few short questions. It takes about two minutes, and nothing is charged yet.

  2. 2

    A care advisor calls you

A care advisor calls you back. Together you confirm what your parent needs and choose a start date.

  3. 3

We set it up with you

The Companion arrives ready to use. Your advisor walks you through placement and Wi-Fi, then your family circle starts getting consent-based updates.

  • No raw audio or video sharing

What Sevah is, and what it is not

Your parent consents first

Nothing is shared until your parent agrees. If they ever want a break, one request to your Sevah care advisor pauses all sharing.

Written updates, not recordings

Your family circle receives clear written updates. Families do not receive raw audio or video, and there is no continuous recording archive.

Not a medical device

Sevah is non-diagnostic. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a care plan, a caregiver, or a clinician. Care decisions stay with the people who provide care.

Month to month

No long-term contract and no early termination fee. Cancel before your next renewal and we help you return the equipment.

Plan FAQ

Questions families ask before signing up

What does it cost?

A one-time $249 device lease when you start, then $50 per month. The monthly subscription covers the check-in conversations, family updates, and care-advisor support. There are no other fees, and nothing is charged until you and your care advisor agree to start.

Do I own the device?

No — the Companion device is leased, which is what the one-time $249 covers. It stays yours to use for as long as the subscription is active. If you cancel, you mail the device back to Sevah AI; we help arrange the return.

What do I actually get each month?

A Sevah Companion in your parent’s home, regular check-in conversations, and consent-based written updates for the family circle you choose — plus a care advisor who helps you get set up and stays reachable.

Is there a contract?

No. Sevah is a month-to-month subscription. There is no multi-year agreement and no early termination fee.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel any time before your next monthly renewal, and you keep access for the month you already paid for. After cancelling, you mail the leased device back to Sevah AI — we help arrange the return.

Can a caregiver set this up for the family?

Yes. A professional caregiver or home care agency can request Companion on the family’s behalf — just choose the caregiver option in the signup form. The care advisor then confirms the details with the family before anything ships or is charged.

Does Sevah replace a caregiver?

No. Sevah supports the people who already care for your parent. It does not lift, bathe, drive, give medication, or do anything a human caregiver does. Family and caregivers remain essential.

Does Sevah replace a doctor or diagnose anything?

No. Sevah is not a medical device and is non-diagnostic. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor for medical purposes, or replace a care plan or a clinician. Clinical decisions always stay with your parent’s care team.

How is my parent’s privacy protected?

Your parent consents before anything is shared, and the family circle receives written updates — not raw audio or video. Nothing is a continuous recording archive, and if your parent ever wants a break, a single request to your Sevah care advisor pauses all sharing.

Who installs it?

We do the setup with you. A care advisor walks you through placement and Wi-Fi on a scheduled call, and the device arrives ready to use. There is nothing to assemble and no technical skill needed.

What happens after I sign up?

A care advisor calls you back to confirm what your parent needs, answer questions, and pick a start date. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you both agree on the plan.
